Operational Highlights

• The spreader frame runs across the vacuum press table on pre-installed rails along the side of the table
• Bonding speed is adjusted in accordance with Y-axis speed to obtain exact adhesive coverage
• Bonding speed depends on the actual oscillating time for the individual panel width
• Maximum stack height above the press table is 300 mm and can be adjusted stepless from 50 to 350 mm
• When the machine is not in use or beyond the adhesive open time, the spreader bar and static mixer should be removed and cleaned using the offline cleaning system
• The machine is designed to work on different press tables within a factory
