Why not use the Vetacs adhesive system 1600M for both sandwich production and assembly adhesive?
We have tested our 3 component application system with two different adhesives at the same time. In the first A component tank we have standard adhesive for sandwich panel production. In the second A component tank we have a low viscous gelling assembly adhesive. Both adhesives use the same B component.
This setup gives the opportunity to use the Vetacs 1600M adhesive application system for sandwich panel production and for assembling of the panels afterwards.
Benefit for our customers is one adhesive system for both operations where most customers today use two application systems or do one of them manually.
