Three component polyurethane adhesives comprising two A components, one fast and one slow – and a B component. The two A components are mixed in a variable ratio to achieve the ideal production speed, depending on the complexity of the panels being produced and the workshop ambient temperature.

For large or more complex panels, the mix ratio for the first bond-line can be set on the application machine to be the longest open time required for the panel.

The mix ratio for the last bond-line can be adjusted ‘real time’ to be the shortest open time required for the panel.
